TeamBagz sells first quality team and licensed luggage and wants you to be pleased with your purchase.  For that reason, we offer our thirty day money back guarantee on all products sold.  Simply notify our Customer Service Department of your pending return and your credit card will be credited for the amount of the purchase, minus shipping and handling charges.

For purchasers of custom made products, TeamBagz will require you to sign off on production samples prior to order of large quantities. Once a production sample is approved on a custom job, all sales are final.  We hope you understand.

TeamBagz accepts all major credit cards through PayPal and CCNow, our online credit card processor.  We also accept corporate purchase orders and personal/business checks.  Checks require a 14 day waiting period prior to shipment of goods.
